The Dow Jones Industrial Average struggled to extend its longest winning streak in more than six years as traders considered the most recent earnings reports, but stocks made little movement on Tuesday.
The Dow closed with a 24 point, or 0.1%, decline. While the Nasdaq Composite rose 0.3%, the S&P 500 only slightly increased.
