Thursday saw a rise in S&P 500 futures as investors hailed chipmaker Nvidia’s impressive second-quarter earnings, which seemed to stoke even more interest in artificial intelligence.
Nasdaq 100 futures rose 1.1% while S&P 500 futures increased by 0.5%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures suffered, dropping 38 points, or 0.1%.
