Futures on Stocks Decline as Trump Leaves the G7 Meeting Early to Address the Israel-Iran Conflict

With the ongoing crisis between Israel and Iran, investors were examining the most recent events in the Middle East, which caused stock futures to decline on Tuesday.

235 points, or 0.5%, were taken off futures linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Futures on the Nasdaq 100 fell 0.6%, and futures on the S&P 500 fell 0.5%.

President Donald Trump stated that “Everyone should immediately evacuate Tehran” in a Truth Social post on Monday night.
