On Monday, Oracle said that Clay Magouyrk, its president of cloud infrastructure, and Mike Sicilia, its president of industries, will be promoted to co-CEO level.
The corporate board will have Safra Catz, the current CEO of the software behemoth, as executive vice chair.
Oracle’s CEO and chairman of the board, Larry Ellison, will continue to serve in these roles.
In August, he helped finance the merger of Skydance Media with Paramount Global, the parent company of CBS News, demonstrating his involvement outside the corporation.
