Stock futures saw minimal movement in the early hours of Wednesday following a Wall Street session that set a record.
By 60 points, or 0.1%, futures linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell.
Both S&P and Nasdaq-100 futures saw losses of roughly 0.1%.
Tuesday saw the S&P 500 reach a record high despite ongoing worries about President Donald Trump’s trade plans and sticky inflation.
At 6,129.58, the benchmark closed after setting an intraday high of 6,129.63.
