The Dow Jones Industrial Average declined on Tuesday as traders weighed fresh all-time highs alongside ongoing U.S.-Iran tensions and shifts in major tech stocks.
The blue-chip index fell 45 points, or 0.1%. The S&P 500 dipped 0.1%, and the Nasdaq Composite decreased 0.2%.
Alphabet shares dropped over 3% after the company announced plans to raise $80 billion through stock sales to support its AI development, including a $10 billion investment from Berkshire Hathaway.
