The S&P 500 futures hovered just below flat, while Nasdaq 100 futures dipped 0.3%.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures edged slightly higher.
In individual stock movements, Gap shares surged 14% despite a mixed quarterly report, driven by the announcement of a new CEO for the struggling Old Navy brand.
Meanwhile, Marvell Technology declined around 8% after issuing guidance for the current quarter that disappointed investors regarding non-GAAP gross margin.
