U.S. stock futures dipped on Tuesday night following a second consecutive day of losses for the major averages, triggered by a decline in Nvidia. Nasdaq 100 futures were down 0.2%, while Dow Jones Industrial Average futures slipped 0.06%. S&P 500 futures also saw a decline of 0.1%.
In after-hours trading, Palo Alto Networks dropped 20% after revising its full-year revenue outlook, while SolarEdge Technologies fell over 10% due to weak first-quarter guidance.
During regular trading hours, the tech sector led the market lower, with the Nasdaq Composite falling 0.92%, the S&P 500 down 0.6%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average declining by 0.17%.
