Stocks rose broadly on Friday as Treasury yields declined, helping Wall Street to wrap up a winning week despite increased volatility.
The Dow gained 327 points (0.7%), approaching an intraday all-time high.
The S&P 500 and Nasdaq increased by 0.6% each.
Market experts, like Glenn Dorsey from Clark Capital, noted that easing Treasury yields have reduced pressure on valuation multiples, supporting positive sentiment.
The 10-year Treasury yield dropped by 3 basis points to about 4.55%, with slight fluctuations, while the 30-year bond yield also fell by 3 basis points to around 5.07%.
