Stock futures edged higher on Thursday night as Wall Street prepared to close a strong week amid increased volatility.
Futures for the Dow Jones rose by 62 points, while S&P 500 futures increased by 0.1%, and Nasdaq 100 futures gained 0.2%.
Despite market swings, the S&P 500 has risen 0.5% this week, marking its eighth consecutive weekly gain.
The Dow has advanced 1.5% and is on track for its third positive week in four, while the Nasdaq Composite is up 0.3%, heading for its seventh weekly gain in eight weeks.
