Early Friday, stock futures edged higher as Wall Street prepared to end a successful week amid increased volatility.
Futures for the Dow Jones rose by 124 points (0.25%), while S&P 500 futures increased by 0.18%, and Nasdaq 100 futures gained 0.27%.
The S&P 500 has risen 0.5% this week, on track for its eighth consecutive weekly gain the longest streak since a nine-week winning run that concluded in late 2023.
