Stock futures showed mixed movements early Friday following a record-breaking session, with two of the three major indexes on track for their third straight weekly gain.
S&P 500 futures remained just above unchanged, while Nasdaq-100 futures increased by 0.2%. Conversely, Dow Jones Industrial Average futures declined by 108 points, or 0.2%.
On Thursday, the S&P 500 reached an intraday all-time high of 7,816.70 and finished the day at a new record.
The technology and communication services sectors were among the top performers, each gaining approximately 1%.
