Wednesday’s stock market movement was little as traders awaited Nvidia’s quarterly earnings report.
Together with the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the S&P 500 traded just below breakeven.
Nasdaq Composite fell by 0.2 percent. Wall Street is closely monitoring Nvidia in order to assess the overall viability of the IT and artificial intelligence industries.
With the semiconductor giant expected to report after the closing, the price has increased by 159% in 2024, prompting concerns about how much farther the market can rise. It was little lower on Wednesday.
