Following the White House’s announcement on Wednesday that it will postpone tariffs on automakers whose vehicles adhere to the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement by one month, the prices have dropped. The major averages rose on Wednesday as traders’ expectations that Trump would grant further exemptions were bolstered by this.
