President Donald Trump will hear Elon Musk’s proposal on Tuesday to distribute tax rebate cheques to Americans using funds saved by the Department of Government Efficiency advisory committee he leads.
The CEO of SpaceX and Tesla stated in a post on X that he “Will check with the President.”
The comment was made in response to a different post by James Fishback, CEO of the Azoria investment firm, who suggested that Trump might send a tax refund cheque to American households using savings from DOGE’s cost-cutting campaign as a so-called “DOGE Dividend.”
