Following a challenging session that sent the Dow Jones Industrial Average into the negative for 2023, stock futures slightly declined on Wednesday.
30-stock index-related futures decreased by 3 points. Futures for the Nasdaq 100 and S&P 500 both experienced losses of 0.1% and 0.2%, respectively.
The actions come after a dismal session on Wall Street as bond yields climbed and job postings data showed the labour market is still robust. In its worst session since March, the Dow dropped 1.3%. The S&P 500 lost 1.4% of its value and briefly fell below its June low. Ultimately, the Nasdaq Composite fell 1.9%.
