The Dow Jones Industrial Average edged up by 17 points and remained relatively unchanged.
Stocks surged to session highs after Axios reported, citing U.S. and regional officials, that the U.S. and Iran agreed on a 60-day memorandum of understanding to extend the ceasefire and continue negotiations on Iran’s nuclear program.
