Tuesday saw gains in the S&P 500 as investors took in significant company earnings and focused on the Federal Reserve’s policy meeting.
In contrast to the Dow Jones Industrial Average’s 0.3% gain of 124 points, the broad market index fell by 0.1%. By 0.4%, the Nasdaq Composite fell.
Delta Air Lines recruited lawyer David Boies to sue CrowdStrike and Microsoft for damages following an outage that resulted in thousands of cancelled flights this month, CrowdStrike shares dropped more than 8%.
