The Dow Recovers Almost all of the Losses after Friday’s Poor Jobs Report, Rising 450 Points

Monday saw a surge in stocks as investors recovered from the sharp losses sustained in the previous session, which were brought on by worries about the US economy and a fresh wave of tariffs from the Trump administration.

467 points, or 1.1%, were added to the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

Both the Nasdaq Composite and the S&P 500 saw 1.8% and 1.3% increases, respectively.
