Nike — Following the athletic retailer’s poor revenue report for the most recent quarter and its reduction of its projection, indicating that it anticipates sales to drop by 10% in the current period, Nike shares fell more than 14%.
Trump Media & Technology: Following the first presidential debate between former president Donald Trump and President Joe Biden, the company’s shares increased by more than 10%. Biden’s performance was considered underwhelming by many.
Infinera: The company’s shares increased by 19%. Nokia declared that it would pay $2.3 billion to acquire the supplier of networking solutions. Real estate investment trust Digital Reality Trust saw a 1.7% increase.
JPMorgan, shares of Digital Realty Trust appear well-positioned to capitalise on the expansion of AI and cloud computing, upgrading the trust to overweight.
SAP: Prior to the bell, SAP increased by almost 1%. With “high visibility” into bookings and revenue, BMO Capital Markets raised its price objective and upgraded shares to outperform.
