Lululemon Athletica, a sportswear company, saw its shares jump 3% after reporting strong quarterly earnings that exceeded expectations.
Conversely, Five Below, a discount retailer, fell 11% after its latest results and guidance fell short of investors’ expectations. Nvidia, a leading chipmaker, traded modestly lower and retreated from its record highs seen earlier in the week.
