After three turbulent trading sessions, technology stocks recovered Tuesday, driven by growing hope that President Donald Trump could be able to strike trade agreements with international leaders.
After a roughly 7% rally, Nvidia led the Magnificent Seven group’s gains.
Amazon, Tesla, Microsoft, Apple, and Meta Platforms all had increases of at least 4%. Alphabet had a roughly 3% increase.
Following erratic swings fuelled by rumours that the White House could postpone tariffs, the industry is recovering from a turbulent trading session.
Apple, Microsoft, and Tesla reported losses, while Alphabet, Meta Platforms, Amazon, and Nvidia ended the day higher.
