After an S&P 500 Record Week, Stock Futures Have Not Moved Much

U.S. stock futures remained relatively unchanged early Monday, following a week that saw the S&P 500 reaching new record highs.

Futures linked to the S&P 500 index showed no significant movement, while Dow Jones Industrial Average futures experienced a slight decline of 30 points, or 0.1%. Nasdaq 100 futures, on the other hand, were up by about 0.1%.

Last Friday, the S&P 500 climbed by 0.57% to close above the 5,000 mark for the first time ever, while the tech-focused Nasdaq Composite saw a gain of 1.25%. Conversely, the Dow Jones Industrial Average ended the session with a slight decrease.

Following five consecutive weeks of growth, the major stock indices posted gains. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite rose by 1.4% and 2.3%, respectively, while the Dow saw a marginal increase.
