Tuesday saw a small increase in stock futures as investors watched the most recent round of corporate earnings and fresh remarks on the tariff front, after Wall Street’s recovery.
Futures for the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 both saw 0.1% and 0.3% increases, respectively.
Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average remained unchanged.
Shares of the defense technology company Palantir surged 6% after the business announced that its revenue had crossed $1 billion for the first time.
However, Caterpillar reported lower-than-expected results, which caused the share price to drop.
Hiss & Hers Health’s stock dropped over 10% after its second-quarter earnings fell short of Wall Street’s forecasts.
