In anticipation of a disappointing week on Wall Street, stock futures declined on Friday.
S&P 500 futures fell by 0.5%, while Nasdaq -100 futures fell by 0.7%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures dropped 116 points, or 0.3%.
Multiweek winning streaks are about to be broken by all three main averages. Since the beginning of the week, the Dow and S&P 500 have fallen by 1% and 0.6%, respectively. With a 0.4% decline, the Nasdaq is on track to end an eight-week winning streak and record its worst weekly performance since April.
