Futures on the stock market rose Tuesday morning as investors expected additional earnings releases and absorbed President Donald Trump’s tariff concession.
Dow Jones Industrial Average futures increased by 0.41%, or 165 points. Both the Nasdaq 100 and S&P 500 futures saw a 0.15% increase.
The S&P 500 managed to maintain its winning run on Monday with a gain of less than 0.1%, which prompted such actions.
Approximately 0.3% was added by the Dow, while 0.1% was deducted by the Nasdaq Composite.
