Amazon’s latest annual report no longer mentions diversity and inclusion. Following the release of its fourth-quarter earnings, the business released its 2024 report on Friday.
“Inclusion and diversity” was included in the “Human Capital” section; this terminology is absent from the most recent file.
“We prioritise investment and innovation, inclusion and diversity, safety, and engagement to hire and develop the best talent as we work to be Earth’s best employer.”
Amazon took those diversity and inclusion initiatives out of their 2024 report, however.
In it, the corporation only declares, “We strive to be Earth’s best employer,” and cites “numerous and evolving initiatives to implement this objective.”
