On Monday, stocks rose as Wall Street prepared for the release of quarterly reports from some of the biggest firms in the world.
Its highest closing level since 2023, the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 76.32 points, or 0.22%, to close at 34,585.35. The Nasdaq Composite gained 0.93% to close the session at 14,244.95, while the S&P 500 increased by 0.39% to close at 4,522.79.
Apple’s stock rose 1.7%, while Tesla’s stock increased by 3.2%. The price of JPMorgan Chase stock increased 2.4%.
