As investors prepared for private payroll statistics and examined the most recent corporate profits, stock futures were little higher on Wednesday.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures saw a 0.2% increase, or 88 points. Futures on the S&P 500 increased by 0.3%, while those on the Nasdaq 100 were up about 0.5%.
After beating Wall Street estimates on both fronts in its fiscal second quarter, Hewlett Packard Enterprise saw a more than 14% increase in shares.
Stronger-than-expected guidance and results caused CrowdStrike to soar by over 7%. A quiet but successful day on Wall Street precedes their actions.
While the Nasdaq Composite and S&P 500 both gained around 0.2%, the Dow increased by roughly 140 points.
