Nasdaq-100 futures increased on Monday to kick off the second half of what has already been a fantastic year for Wall Street.
While S&P 500 futures remained relatively flat, Nasdaq-100 futures advanced 0.2%. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 40 points, or 0.1%.
