GE HealthCare introduced a new AI tool on Monday that it claims would help physicians diagnose and cure cancer more quickly.
The technology, named CareIntellect for Oncology, would assist oncologists in being up to date on a patient’s medical history and illness progression by providing them with the necessary data in a timely manner.
The business stated that GE HealthCare wants to free up oncologists from the burden of searching through medical records so they can concentrate on providing patient care.
Medical professionals may find it very difficult to navigate through the various suppliers and file formats that contain this information, which includes photos, lab test results, clinical notes, and device readings.
