Apple is attempting a new strategy to reach younger consumers with its products. In an attempt to revamp its line of kid-focused Apple Watch features, the iPhone manufacturer unveiled a new marketing website on Wednesday.
The website demonstrates how parents may use the Apple Watch to stay in touch with their children, who might be too young for a smartphone, and refers to the gadget as “a great call for kids.”
“Very easy to SMS and call. Be aware of their location. Excellent strategies to keep them moving.
Their goal is self-sufficiency. and comfort for you,” the website’s statement reads. “Apple Watch For Your Kids” is the name of the software that enables parents to monitor their child’s whereabouts and control the gadget. The term “Family Setup” was used previously.
