Stock Futures Decline as the Nasdaq Composite Pulls back from a Record High

On Tuesday, U.S. stock futures saw a slight decline, indicating a continuation of the previous session’s downward trend on Wall Street. Dow Jones Industrial Average futures dropped by 43 points, or 0.1%, while S&P 500 futures experienced a 0.3% decrease and Nasdaq-100 futures fell by approximately 0.7%.

Notably, AMD shares were down 2% following reports from Bloomberg News about regulatory complications that would hinder the chipmaker from selling an AI chip to China. Similarly, GitLab shares took a significant hit, plummeting more than 20% after the software company issued a disappointing full-year forecast.

In Monday’s trading, all major indices closed in the red, with the Nasdaq Composite moving away from record highs, despite AI frontrunner Nvidia ending the day with gains.
