Futures tied to the Dow Jones Industrial Average dipped, shedding 88 points, while S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 futures edged up slightly, gaining 0.1% and 0.15%, respectively.
The previous week saw a strong start to November, with technology stocks, particularly Amazon, driving significant gains in the Nasdaq Composite and S&P 500, which rose 0.8% and 0.4%, respectively. The Dow Jones Industrial Average also closed higher, adding nearly 289 points, or about 0.7%.
