Stocks were flat on Friday as Wall Street finished a big week with the Federal Reserve pausing its rate rises, as investors had hoped, and positive inflation statistics.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 32 points, or 0.1%, while the S&P 500 rose 0.08%. Nasdaq Composite prices decreased by 0.1%.
