American shares of the Chinese manufacturer of electric vehicles fell 4.3%. Li gave softer-than-expected first-quarter earnings guidance and cautious estimates for current-quarter revenue.
AMC Entertainment and GameStop:
Following a wild run last week amid a return of the meme-stock trade, shares of GameStop and AMC Entertainment varied during premarket trading.
Johnson Controls:
Following news from Bloomberg News that Elliott Management had amassed a $1 billion+ investment in the security and safety sector, shares of the company increased by 5%. The stock has increased by 19% so far this year.
