U.S. stock futures remained stable on Tuesday following two days of gains for the S&P 500, as investors anticipated new first-quarter earnings reports.
Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell by 4 points, while S&P 500 futures rose by 0.1% and Nasdaq-100 futures increased by 0.2%.
In premarket trading, Bank of America saw a gain of over 2% after outperforming analyst expectations for the first quarter. Conversely, Johnson & Johnson, despite beating Wall Street forecasts, experienced a nearly 1% drop in its shares after reporting its earnings.
