While Investors Wait for May Retail Sales Data, S&P 500 Futures Barely Moved

After a positive day on Wall Street, S&P 500 futures are almost flat this morning as investors get ready for May retail sales data.

Nasdaq 100 futures saw a 0.2% increase, while futures associated with the broad market index crept up by 0.03%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average futures dropped 0.03%, or 10 points.

Following a strong Wall Street day that saw the S&P 500 rise by over 0.8% and the Nasdaq Composite end up nearly 1% higher, those actions followed. During the session, both indices hit record highs and closed at all-time highs. After four days of losses, the 30-stock Dow gained almost 0.5%.
