A TV that you can transport in its own luggage is something I haven’t seen in the 15 years that I’ve been covering technology. It is not released. You can view it by opening the suitcase where it is simply sitting.
The LG StanbyME Go TV is now available for preorder. It costs $1,000 and will begin to ship on August 28. The portability costs money. Its 27-inch 1080p screen is not as sharp as the 4K screens you can currently find on far less expensive TVs.
The TV/suitcase may be moved from room to room, placed on the back of your car, and taken on travels thanks to its three-hour built-in battery. Although you might not need a separate device, it features an HDMI connector so you can connect a Fire TV, Apple TV, or gaming console such an Xbox.
